Windows “pairs” with 2 devices, neither device works. I bought a pair of QC35s. Going to sell them. Well it took hours, but I finally am listening to music from my Lenovo laptop on my new QC 35 headphones! I know its not a problem of pairing because they pair to the laptop fine. I have installed, uninstalled, confirmed that the device is default, turned the microsoft enabler on and off etc etc etc.

I am not sure which of the following changes resulted in success, but these were the last changes I made when things finally started to work: Is there an exclamation mark beside it?

The pairing works seamlessly -no problem at all – I ensure all other devices are turned off, I ensure that the headphones are the default – but still nothing. First make sure that the Bose headphones are selected as the Default Device, in your Audio output settings: QC35 Windows 7 Issues. And they don’t, so I have tried the Microsoft helpdesk as well and tried what they suggested too.
As I wrote earlier, I have no problem finding the device and no problem pairing the device and when I play music I can see the bars moving on the sound gauge to tell me that its playing.

When I pair to the laptop bluetooth, it shows that the headphones have paired twice, even though I only selected to pair once. Eound Edit selling not permitted on the forum Pity.
HI Mkings, There are two possible causes for this. I updated all of the Bluetooth drivers, and that did not seem to make a difference. Initially, I was able to get the QC 35’s to connect to my computer lnovo even set them as the default audio playback device, but I wasn’t getting any sound to the headphones.

What can I do to get them working? Maybe the way this is handled in Windows has changed. You can scan for driver updates automatically with the FREE soound of the Driver Update Utility for Lenovo, and complete all necessary driver updates using the premium version. Driver updates come in a variety of file formats with different file extensions. You are creating soudn high level of consumer dissatisfaction with this kiddie and subsequent poor technical support.

It will then scan your computer and identify any problem drivers.
